The person that greets you was very unprofessional we have an electric car he is asking me if I was there for oil change after I told him I am here for my 2nd key that wasn’t giving to us at time of purchase and when I called and made my appointment I told the lady that when bc we come in we don’t have much we have work to do we still waited an hour and half to program the key.
