Been going to Lexus for more than 6years now since I got my NX. Since then its been Ali Arubae whose my service specialist. I tried others one time coz it was Ali’s day off, but I didnt like how others do transaction. Ali’s always been on top of his game. He always go that extra mile in helping customer. I have couple of issues with my NX recently, which if I added altogether the amount of money I paid to have it fixed, it could have been a down payment for a brand new car, but still I told myself to give my NX one last chance. And Ali’s been there to make it happen. Again, I want to Thank Ali for being so professional, accomodating, and compassionate to the customers. Keyes Lexus is very lucky to have an outstanding employee like you!
