It was over 15 minutes from the time Rosa, the cashier, told me that my car would be brought down to me in a few minutes before it arrived. I asked one of the staff people and also Ali for help. However, it wasn’t until Jaime, the manager, helped out that my car finally arrived. Not the kind of assistance I expect from the dealership.
