There is no way it should take 2-1/2 to 3 hrs to put 4 tires on a car. Tireville in Garrett IN can put 4 tires on in 20 minutes. ( mount and balanced). I understand an alignment might take 45 minutes.
Whole process shouldn’t have taken more than hour 10 minutes tops.

This is not the first time my truck has been left unlocked outside the service department after an oil change, despite my previous request for it to be locked when not in the shop. I dropped off my vehicle the night before and locked it myself, expecting it to remain secure until I picked it up. I wasn’t present when the service was completed, so I was disappointed to find it left unlocked again.
I understand that mistakes happen, but securing a customer’s vehicle should be a basic responsibility—especially when people are trusting Evans Toyota not only with their vehicles but also with the personal belongings inside them. I hope this issue is taken seriously moving forward.
