I was told 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. I checked in at 9:45 and was only fine at 1 pm because I told them I had to be out to pick up my grandson. I was late and he had to be held at school until I got there. Unexceptable.

It took hours longer than originally estimated. They never spoke to me about the delays while I was waiting.
When asked about what caused the delay, they blamed ‘the girls up front for over scheduling them’. That was clearly a lie and just re-enforces why dealerships have such a poor reputation.

I came in for an air leak in one tire. I said u had a meeting to get to at 1230...and I was told dropping in wasn't an issue because it was a slack day. I was there at 10. At about noon, I went to the counter to check the status. When I got in the car, the pressure light was flashing...I took it back into the garage. No leak was found although the tire had been losing a pound every two minutes, and I, due to frustration was not going to pay a crazy fee to have sensors or batteries replaced...when he seemed to be unsure if the items were in stock. I missed my meeting and wish I had gone elsewhere. Sam was off. Gad he been there, I would have been in and out. Not pleased with this episode. I'll see how the tire is this morning...but I have my doubts. It took 3 hours.
