I told the service department that I had a 3/15 meeting 30 minutes away. My appointment was 1:00. I had to tell them I needed to go at 2:50 because they were still not done with my vehicle. I waited an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot and was late for my meeting. I think people make an appointment for a reason and the service team should respect people’s time.

Not a huge deal but I should have been made aware ahead of time that the Toyota care had ended. It was only a 15K tire rotation so wasn't expensive but still I should have been informed coming into the shop. I did not purchase the vehicle(company owned) so I was not sure on when it was initially purchased.

I was told that the diagnosis was clear with no issues. It was mentioned that my tire sensor might be faulty, which would’ve showed up on the diagnostics?
I had not made it home when the tire light came on and stayed on.
The quote for four sensors was $1,000. Wow.
