Jacob is always friendly, super helpful, and honest. I never feel pressured into making decisions and work is always performed to an above and beyond standard that stays true to the name of the Toyota brand. This is the only garage I'll bring my 4runner to. 100/10!!!

Nobody answers the phone when you get transfered to service. I called 12 times in 3 hours. I couldn't load the video they sent me about my car inspection and wanted some verification. Took 3 hours and the receptionist to physically walk a note down to them for a return call. That's ridiculous.

Don't call me, I won't go back to that place. I left there without buying a car because they don't give the customer options that favor them and I made the mistake of going for service and it was worse. I spent hours and no one notified me that the car was ready. I assumed they were working on it because they notified everyone. I didn't tell them anything to test the service and it had a flat tire and they didn't notice it... I went out to ask and they were lost and they didn't even have the receipt ready for what they had done to the car.
