Passenger seat was removed due to recall. The idiot mechanic bolted a paper tablet to the floor under seat rail. Cannot get it out due to how tight they installed the seat.

I appreciated the attention to detail, communication up front. It was kind of hard to get in touch with staff at times. I know it gets busy, but it was a little frustrating to call and be put on hold for 2-3 minutes or longer. I would suggest, If it is that busy and a phone can’t be answered, re-route it back to a place where someone can leave a message. The person who answers the phone was great though. She took a message, walked it back to the maintence people, and then called me back personally! Overall very happy!

The staff was so kind and accommodating! They helped me not only get my oil change and tire rotation but they helped me change my key battery cause I had no clue what to do with it. It was a quick process, only about an hour and 15 mins maybe, and they made sure to explain everything to me so I understood because I’m a teenage girl so cars are a whole foreign language. Definitely will be coming back in the future for anything else they can service me with!!
