Sat in waiting room for 2 plus hours, was called to tell me my car was ready (I had been there waiting since dropping it off at my appointment time) and when I went to check out I was told I had to wait for my paperwork to be brought up. After an additional 30 minutes of waiting my paperwork was found in the pickup pile where it had probably been for a long time.

When I checked in today, I was told it’d be about 1.5 hours to change my tire. It was busy, clearly. After 2 hrs (past my waiting time), I asked Chris how much longer bc I had a lot to do today, since it’s my only day off from work, and he told me that he was waiting for an “approval” to change the tire (I have Toyota Care that protects my tires), so I said ok. Another 30 mins goes by and he then tells me that it was approved and that they’ll be starting the tire change soon. In my head, I was thinking “I’ve been here for 2,5 hrs already and NOTHING has even been done yet???”. Already annoyed, another 20 mins goes by and Chris comes out to me and tells me that they ran out of hydraulic fluid and that the tech had to go to the collision center and get more. I mean, come on, why didn’t they have in stock there??? I just felt like it was excuse after excuse tiday, with my car. If I had an appt for 9:30am, how come my car wasn’t ready until 1:45pm?? 4 hours and 15 mins AFTER my appt time. 4 hours to change 1 tire??? NO EXCUSE!!!!! I’m highly dissatisfied with today’s service.
