Rude service advisor from the start of the appointment. Whenever questions were asked, they were answered in a rude and unfriendly tone. One of the issues wasn’t resolved and was “referred to the body shop” with little to no explanation and also without any instruction on how to contact body shop etc. I expect better service from Faulkner especially based on previous appointments I have had with other service advisors.
