Was not informed needed till was complete said could pull back in and replace instead was replaced next to service manager and charged another 36.00 in labor when could have been replaced while in service area Can not imagine charging 157 dollars for oil change and air filter also installed some kind of shield with no explanation as to what or why it was needed I not pay that much again will not recommend as dealer or service area again will check on another service center and dealer if needed

I told the tech what I believed to be the issue. They confirmed the issue and said we don’t fix that. Then they charged me $172 They said they raised and lowered the hatch several times to determine the issue. Part of the charge was a 22 dollar “shop supplies” fee. What supplies did they need to raise and lower the hatch? Otherwise, they were friendly and fast, but 172 bill for confirming the issue I told them about and then sending me somewhere else left a bad taste in my mouth

My experience was very pleasant and the staff was awesome. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Most of our vehicles are Toyota’s due to the quality and longevity of their products. This dealership is very welcoming, fair and professional. I will certainly be back if I need service again. I won’t let just anyone work on my vehicles and it’s nice to have a place to get quality service when you need it.
