The maintenance requested (based on Toyota recall) was not completed as the part was not available. Today, I was told that a new order will have to be made and it may take some days. Last week, I was told the same and since ordering the part takes time, my appointment was scheduled for Dec 31 (a week later from when I called). I am not sure how to rate a service that has not been provided to me yet.

The typical sticker for the next oil change was not put in the car and I had to go back in and get that because I didn’t notice it immediately. And no one asked if there were other things that needed to be done with the car with the number of miles that are on it I’m not sure whether there are other typical Service items that are checked at the mileage that’s on my car. That has been done in the past thanks very much.
