I was surprised that they went through the diagnostic since I told them I needed a new battery and the 41/2 year old battery was the original from factory assembly. Also it took so long and I wasn’t expecting a $75.00
Labor charge to switch out a new battery for the old. Then when car was returned the check engine light was on. That should have been caught and diagnosed before the car was returned as completed.

They let me know that I had an oversized battery in my car and couldn't do the recall fix until the battery was changed. They offered me to change the battery and told me the expense of that. There was also no pressure to get it fixed the same day, I really appreciated that. The people I interacted with were kind and helpful.
