John was very kind and courteous, as was the other gentleman at the courtesy desk and they helped me with an issue with the door locking and not locking quickly because that was something that I did have prior to bring it in. They were very quick at resolving the issues And the technician whom I forget his name was also extremely kind and very helpful and answered all my questions.
