Ryan was great! I failed to make an appointment through my app before going on vacation. Once I returned, I reached out to the dealership to attempt to have a walk-in service completed. The day was booked, and I would have been satisfied knowing that because the scheduling mixup was solely my fault. Ryan let me know that, if my vehicle was left at the shop, he'd try to squeeze me in. Since I live out of town, it took me until 11 A.M. to finally drop it off. That, again, was my problem, and not Ryan's, so I was willing to leave it through the next day if necessary. Somehow Ryan worked to get my vehicle in before the end of business. Although it wasn't necessary, Ryan went above and beyond to provide excellent service, despite my unintentional efforts to prevent him. The Warsaw shop has continually been great to me.
