Yes, I am very happy and satisfied with Jesse Colon. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. I had my Lexus ES 350 jump start by AAA that Friday morning because the battery in my car had gone bad. I was able to drive my car over to Valencia Lexus Dealer after the jump start. I didn’t have to wait long before Jesse came over to help me with the car problem. He was supportive, reassuring, friendly, and helpful in going over what needs to be done.
