My husband took the day off to have my tires done there ( we can have them done anywhere) his appointment was at 9:00am he arrived early. Tires were not in stock. Nobody called and told us. This ended up being a 2 day service instead of an couoke hours and took up my husbands only day off. We own 2 Lexus vehicles purchased for the dealership so I guess we have higher expectations I guess from past experiences.

The waiting time for a basic service with no extras has become ridiculous! It used to be 2-2.5 hours. It is now close to 4 hours.
It makes it very hard when you drive in from out of town and have to wait.
Not enough technicians? Taking in too many cars at once??
