We arrived at 9:00am, 15 minutes before our appointment for a simple 10,000 mile service, our first. The service took 3 1/2 hours to complete, it seemed like we were put off for others to be completed before us because we were the last ones in the waiting room, it was entirely vacant. You are not satisfying your customers by overbooking and overlapping scheduled service appointments. We have been loyal customers since 2004, when we bought our first GX470 and now two 2023 vehicles purchased in October, an ES 350, F Sport and an RX 450h F Sport, both on the same day. Please stop overbooking or your ratings will plummet. Additionally, Senecca Torres was very professional and apologized several times during the process for that we are grateful, service writers are not the problem, this is from a higher level. PLEASE CHANGE!!!
