Everyone @ Honda is pleasant & polite and makes you feel they have your best needs in mind !! Scott is great at service desk and your mechanics are superb!! ( Nick is a fav) but I know they all look out for the customer . With so many things becoming “self-serve” don’t ever lose sight of personal attention!!!! I have dealt with several of your mechanics and they never make me feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about and I really appreciate that !! Keep doing what you are doing !!
