No one notified me the truck was done. I happened to see it parked outside the dealership. I asked a man who said it was done and got me my keys. A little over one hr later, I was almost home, in my truck, and she sent me a text saying my truck was done and ready for pick up. Really! Soooo… did she not check to see if my truck was still even there? Why was I not notified when it was done. The place seems really disorganized.

Would have been nice to have an advance warning of the cost when the appointment was made…$293?!! Last visit, It was around $60. Huge price difference right at Christmas time. My vehicle doesn’t even have 30k miles on it.
