I was disappointed to learn that my warranty, expired at 100k miles, and an additional warranty covering the condenser and compressor shaft, did not extend to the full compressor replacement, especially given the $1,373.66 estimate. Online research suggests this is a common issue with Honda Civics around this mileage, which left me feeling the warranty coverage was insufficient for such a known problem.
I’d like to suggest that the dealership consider reviewing warranty terms for recurring issues like this to better support long-term customers.
I value my years as a customer and hope this feedback will improve the experience for others.
