Scott is a very good communicator as he explains the process of what is needed, cost, etc. he is friendly as well!

I wish I knew how far in advance you have to schedule service to get it done the same day as your appointment. I tried a week in advance and got absolutely screwed. I ended up having to drive a questionable loaner car for three days because they had to order the transmission fluid they didn’t have on hand for a very popular model. Mechanics 101 is don’t drain the fluid unless you have a way to refill it. I drive for a living and had to put off several appointments, and it was really funny when Matt tried to mumble into existence a limit on mileage I could put on their loaner. One day delay would be a minor inconvenience, but by the time it hits three it’s a serious problem. And of course, I’m sure they would never allow themselves to order the correct transmission fluid by next day air shipping to fix their mistake, because that would cut into their profits. The real kicker was Matt charging me full price with a smile on his face, as if he saved the day.I blame myself for thinking the dealership experience would be smooth, as if they’ve earned a good reputation. I pray I never have to step foot on the property again.
