I felt the charge of $81 was too high to tell me that the way I had the a/c set on automatic was the problem of why the a/c was cycling!! Otherwise the service was good!!

Waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. I got there a little before my appt time (which was 1) and didn’t leave until almost 2:30. After an hour I asked how much longer, and they said “they’re working on it now”. Then, I was told I needed my license plate lights fixed and my cabin air filter changed. I told them I would do it myself. They then put a cabin air filter and lights in my vehicle, and I didn’t not figure that out until I went to pay. It was going to be $178. They then took out the air filter they put in, and the license plate lights they had put in, and put my old ones in. That was my first visit to Toyota, and I doubt I will be back.

Had to fight to get the work completed
Over a year I have pushed the issue that since they put the brakes on it squeaked bad and they said all Toyota did that ….. I asked slot of Toyota owners and they didn’t have that problem took to a local dealer and they said there was a problem…,, my son finally got involved stating they were being rude to an elderly lady and they finally supposedly fixed the brakes.. I’ll know in the morning if they swipe…I have all the service work done at the Terre Haute center….. look over all your records I have been loyal bought two brand cars there that should count for something
