I was under the impression that my vehicle was gonna get an oil change and tire rotation. Nobody had told me any different appointment had been scheduled a week in advance on my drive to the dealership to get this work done. I received a phone call from you guys stating that the oil change would not be done. It’s only done ever 10,000 miles. My concern is why was I contacted earlier in reference to this very poor customer service as far as what was done to the vehicle, I am satisfied, but I think that communication could’ve been handled a lot better thank you.
