We were told our Tacoma battery had a bad cell and need replaced at approximately 37000+ miles. We wondered why it would need replaced so soon and we were not having issues. We were quoted $319 for the battery along with an extra fee to install it. We priced the same battery at Hubler Toyota and Andy Mohr which was $202 and $212.00. Why was the same battery at your dealership over $100+ dollars more?? This made us question whether the battery was truly bad too. We had it tested and it was ok. We drive 1.5 hours one way to your dealership with multiple vehicles because we felt like we could trust the service there. After this truly negative experience I am not sure we will feel comfortable coming back there once again.

Only issue was pick up. I communicated that I would be back to pickup my truck after hours. Technician said that’s not a problem and they would leave the keys in the vehicle. Made a special trip from Marshall to get my vehicle after hours and my keys were not in the vehicle. Had to have someone drive me back over today while I was supposed to be at work.

I am appalled that your service department feels it is acceptable to release a vehicle that had headlights fail on I-70 in the pitch black without a more concentrated effort to identify the problem. Did you think we made up the issue? I cannot drive this vehicle at night until the problem is fixed by a competent mechanic! You need to do better!!! This is a very serious safety concern!
