We were having trouble with our remote start while there for tires to be aligned. Asked if they could look at it also but we’re told no they didn’t have time. We drive an hour each way, work full time and have had this car less than 6 months. Plus it shouldn’t have issues with less than 10,000. If we were the issue it could have been coached and it fixed. Now we have to make an another appointment or go out in the cold to start a new vehicle. Once we get it in and wait a few weeks it will be time for an oil change. Wasting time and money not my favorite.
