I’ve been taking my Tacoma to Toyota for all maintenance since I purchased it at Terre Haute Toyota. The last oil change I received said they did all fluid checks. I drove my truck for a few months and it was squeezing as I made hard turns. I checked my power steering fluid and it was empty. When I added the proper amount of fluid it stopped squeezing. How could this be missed when they said they did all fluid checks. Was it flushed previously and never filled? Extremely disappointing in their service. But been a Toyota owner m entire life I’m forced to rely on their expertise. Needless to say I recheck every time now after I receive regularly scheduled maintenance.

Brought daughters vehicle in for oil change and rear brakes. Tire light was also on. Mechanic found nail in tire. I couldn’t be happier with mechanic taking the time to find the issue. My daughter drives up to 1-1/2 hours to and from work at times. Saved me and her from dealing with possible down tire on interstate!! This is why I tell her to pay more for the service at Toyota !
