Okay um I honestly don't know if my tires were rotated, because the day before my appointment, I had a flat tire and HAD to have a new tire put on. I know for a fact thatvthat tire was not rotated, so now questioning whether any of them were.

I told you I wanted synthetic blend but you told them full synthetic It is not under warranty.You need to check your records a little closer. 8/10/23 oil change 56.95 not 85.95 That was the time I ask Fred if it was ok to use synthetic blend he said ok. It is my truck my money I should get what I ask for not your decision. Other than that good service. We will always buy are cars there and service . Thank You
