I was contacted by Carlson Toyota to get my free Toyota care. I live 30 mins away, but I called and arranged my schedule to go there and do it because they said the warranty work had to be completed at a Toyota dealership. When I arrived, Nicholas said it was not covered. I explained that I was told it was. It was a back and forth argument until he said it would be covered. He followed through with his word, but was clearly angry. Not a good experience at all.

Although I was satisfied with my experience, the wait time at almost 2 hours for a tire rotation was not acceptable. I was told it should take an hour, maybe a little more, but was not updated to the fact it was going to be way longer than that.
