Great job communicating, grateful that the work was able to get done at a fair price. grateful that the technician was competent and able to correctly diagnose and fix our issue. Two front desk cashier gals answering calls were wonderful as well. I passed several other places, including another local Toyota dealership to come up to your shop. The service was great. Communication was also good. Just thought $195 was a lot to tighten a bolt on battery terminal.
Been bringing the car there since we bought it new for service.
Probably could’ve made me feel better as I was in a big hurry and told the service advisor it might be as simple as checking the at cables but I hadn’t had the time to do it.
Turns out I was correct and it cost me $170 for diagnostics and $23 for shop supplies.

The service people are not being careful.with the car whennn taking out parts or protecter shields. They rip one of the whole and didn't screw the shield on the right side. They also either lost or ripped the sundershield door and didn't put it back. Now the under car under the oil.change area is open and will be exposed to winter ice salt, water and deris. The shield was.there before and the exposure is new so service can't tell me that it wasn't there before I came in. Also, carlson is the only place do oil change. Was very disappointed especially at a dealer. These days don't know who to trust.
