Not a huge deal, but after leaving & driving a few miles, I noticed that the maintenance required light had not been reset, necessitating a return to Carlson. It was was quickly cleared & I was on my way, but it was an inconvenience. Otherwise the service was fine.

While at your service, my car was switched into km/h mode. I didn’t notice it until I was on Hwy 10 and looked at my speed (100!) and got a shock until I realized the speed was in km/h instead of m/h. After I got to my destination, I was able to find the button to switch it back.

We asked that the vehicle be washed and specifically asked if it was done and he said yes only to walk out and find out it was not done.
I have a locking gas compartment and it was popped open.
Then when we started the vehicle the dash read out was not put back to where it was.

Don’t really want to talk about it, but I wish you had told me that Toyota should cover the problem with the inverter. Also, communication was insufficient, especially early on. Was some question about getting a rental even after I said I needed a car while it was out. It took 10 days before I had my car back. Overall, a **** experience. Thanks for fixing the car though. It works well now

We pay a premium for our oil change so we can get great personal service. I do not like how we are just messaged the results. Mine were never texted, and when the checkpoint list was printed for me, there were some concerns that needed explanation. Also, the tire treads on the inspection were numerically listed as critical but it was checked green. Good thing I caught it later on my own. That could have led to a blow out. I feel like the service people are spread thin, thus now allowed to go over items more closely. Poor customer service.
