I was very happy with the service. I just one to mention one very minor thing. I had to go back and have them reset the service reminder. As I said very minor, I would have done that had I known how.

Craig was very helpful as was the owner in getting my truck done. I had been sold a Toyota Tacoma with a defective bumper . They took care of it. I would say if one is going to buy a rack for car or truck the Toyota brand is not good. The snaps on cross bars do not stay down. They did not correct this however which I mentioned several times . If I had it to do again I would buy my accessories from a place that specializes in racks as well as bed covers as I not satisfied with thst either and the guy that was going to trade it out for me left Carlson and so I never got the switch. It seems Carlson has trouble holding on to employees as the person who sold me the brand new truck cash left as did the fellow in accessories Marty who was going to correct the bed cover for me. Don’t know what they aren’t able to hll I’lld on to their employees. Craig was great though
