I am not sure if it’s a staffing issue but getting a vehicle into service is very time consuming. Additionally, I felt a little bait and switched from the beginning. I signed up for a synthetic oil change for $65 for 5qts off your website. When I got there he said that’s conventional and I signed up for conventional. This was going to be $90 something + $30 for tire rotation and taxes coming out to like $150. Not what I signed up for, the he started pushing this package of 3 oil changes. Not what I went there for I was not too happy with Carlson but he said I can use it at any Toyota dealer. Then a few hours after I left my tire pressure light came on it took me 45 minutes to get my tires checked.
