The recall statement i received in the mail stated the process would take approx. one hour to complete. I didnt get out of the dealership until 3 hours later. No notification or updates during the process other than to tell me i needed a tire rotation and the possible need for brake pads soon. If i had known it would take that long, i wouldnt have had it done. I will look elsewhere for auto care in the future

Already commented and it did not submit..mileage inaccurate on sticker and multipoint record, brakes shown in yellow yet they have around 10000 miles since pads and rotors done at a toyota dealership...spare tire did not get air filled..no updates from 930 until I called after 4 pm and no one knew who my advisor was..I am not confident that my brakes are good or not good...now I need to come back and get paperwork corrected and speak to someone about my brakes and lack of confidence in your service

Experience could have been improved by:
- billing consistent with approved estimate without my needing to call it out. It was fixed on my request though.
- fixing correctly on first attempt. TPMS lit immediately on powering on, repair was tires.
- providing correct estimate of time to remedy; was promised at about 3pm to be well before 6 and probably only about an hour.
- not forgetting about me and leaving me in the waiting area until I inquired where my car was at 6pm.

3) The conventional oil change price posted at the service page was $64. However, our total charges before tax came to $80.21. After tax, $83.11 -
4) I inquired about any discounts prior to authorizing the work, e.g. Military, senior, educator, price match, etc. Neil said we would get a $5 coupon discount. We did not. -
5) After payment, Neil promised a $10 discount on our oil change scheduled for Monday.
6) Upon arriving home, my wife discovered two oil stains on the passenger seat. I was able to remove them with soap and effort. Please remind auto techs to exercise care when moving vehicles from the bay to the lot. Of course, I understand that the work they do involves grime. Perhaps a detailer could be tasked with moving vehicles or paper could be placed on the car seats. Had it been a fabric seat and not a leather one, the oil stains would have been more problematic. I have a picture, if needed.
Lastly, may I recommend that the reports shared after the initial courtesy service evaluation be emailed rather than texted. I still have yet to see them, as they would not open on my android device.
