No one called me when my car was ready. I got a text shortly before 2 pm saying it was almost ready. When I hadn’t heard anything by 5, I called you and learned that the car was ready. It would have been nice to receive a call as soon as the car was ready, as promised.

When I came in, a Honda Service technician help lead me to an advisor that assisted us right away.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Diem.
He was very thorough in his explanation and listened to all of our concerns. Very communicative and attentive.
Overall, being helped by Diem and the Honda Technician- made our experience a whole lot better.
We came in with two flat tires in the back, our services were: 4 Tire replacement, alignment, oil change and a new set of tire bolts/nuts.
Looking forward to coming back and hopefully being put with Diem again!

Just one thing that i have to say my service was good. The only thing my car was brought out with the brakes on. The car was drven out to me why was my brake on. This is not good to drive a car with the hand break on.
