My first introduction with Daniella left me a bit overwhelmed. Her presence was frenetic. I felt pressured to make quick decisions and it seemed like I was being scammed into purchasing more services than what I had been anticipating. I was told I would be done in an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later I was told it would be at least another hour. I was offered a loaner but by that point I had already missed one appointment and was late for a second one. When I left Daniella said she would text me when it was completed. 4 and a half hours later I contacted the service department to find out she was gone for the day. Someone eventually found my paperwork and called to let me know it was ready. Two cars and ten years of dealing with Leta service department I'm not sure we will return.

When I called the service dept,someone told me the first rear differential service for my 2026 Passport wasn't due until 30,000 miles. I decided to do it now with 16,000 miles. When I came in, Belle said that yes the initial break-in fluid should be changed at 15,000. Glad I did, it was dirty. Good on Belle. Bad on whoever told me wrong on the phone. BTW, the owners manual does not address this service schedule clearly.
