I completely understand that parts can take an extra day to arrive, so the repair delay itself wasn't the issue. My frustration stems entirely from the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times just to get an update on my vehicle, and instead of a proactive call or text, my messages weren't returned until the very end of the day. To make matters worse, no one followed up the next day to let me know the vehicle wouldn't be ready until closing, pushing my pickup from Tuesday to Thursday. I am not upset about the extra time needed for the repair, but rather the complete lack of proactive communication and customer service.

Was told on the phone when I scheduled it would take an hour. Got to the appointment, was told it would take 1.5 hours. Ended up actually taking just under 2.5 hours. I would not of sat there and waited had I actually known how long it would take.

You are all top notch which is why I’ve purchased multiple cars at Leta. My ONLY complaint is how difficult it is to get car wash coupons. My Leta for Life includes car washes but I can’t seem to be able to take advantage of it if I can’t get coupons. Every member I interacted with today was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. A+ service each and every time!!
