Tyler Saluki is the best service operator I have had at the dealership over the last 13 years with two cars. He is highly communicative, super responsive, and goes the extra mile to make his customer educated on their car issues, all with a smile. Tyler is a model employee. Because of the service I get from Tyler, I am considering buying another Honda at this dealership, verses the Honda dealership in my town. Tyler is an asset to any team and exudes the Frank Leta mission!!!

I was concerned about the “fun house mirror effect” on my safety recall replacement mirror. I called in to ask about it but the person put me on a long hold then hung up on me. So I drove back out there then they explained that it would resolve once the adhesive dried. Wish they would’ve told me that when I picked it up. Also there were grease marks on my front seats. That likely happened when they were working on the dash. I had to scrub the seats when I got home. Apart from that I was satisfied with the work.

I had a tire alignment today and it took 2 hours. I was expecting to wait maybe an hour, but 2 was way too long especially since I just spent 3 hours there on Tuesday for another service.
I noticed my car was sitting outside in the pick up area and no one came to get me so I went up to the desk myself and asked to check out because I was running late to pick up my kids.

I left messages on Friday talk to somebody on Monday and was told I’d get a call back and left a message again Monday night and still no call back to discuss the alignment. Our Honda Odyssey had on Thursday last week. The report shows the rear left wheel was not aligned, but no explanation of why that is, I’m trying to figure out if something is wrong with the car or if that’s a mistake. It’d be nice to get a call back with what’s going on with the service we received.

For backstory- I had my car towed to Frank Leta as I work down the road and my key fob would no longer work to open doors or start my car. I left a detailed message with service as it was after hours.
The following morning an employee called and he was rude. Telling me my fob doesn't work and he can't find my car but had my keys in the night drop with no info. I explained I had my car towed and dropped off but left a lengthy message explaining who what and why.
I offered to stop by and help him locate my car because I couldn't remember my plate and he said that won't help I need to know what I'm doing. How did you get it here, this thing is dead. I said like the message explained it was towed over. He rudely asked why. I said my fob is destroyed and unworking I need a new one. Flash forward to picking it up, only one person in the entire place acknowledged me, and the same guy was even short with me at pick up. The person that brought my car up didn't even acknowledge me and when I climbed into my car I found all of the plastic trash from the parts.
I used Napleton Honda in February for the same issue, a new key fob. I paid the same amount over there WITH the extra manual key that I forgoed here because of price. They were incredibly friendly, and even gave my car a run thru the car wash and a quick vacuum of my front floor boards. They're 15mins from Frank Leta, and had I known this experience was going to lack friendly customer service, I would have had my car towed there even though it is out of my way.
