I had a lot of service work to be done and he made sure everything was taken care of including pointing out the rear brake pads were thin and needed to be replaced. Every other visit I’ve had has been absolutely wonderful but unfortunately not this visit. Everything went wrong with this service appointment and the multiple instances of miscommunication or absolute zero communication was awful. No one updated me on anything, i had to call in 3 different times to get updates, i was asked if i wanted my brakes done and i approved it only for them to tell me they didn’t actually have the right parts and couldn’t do it. I drive 40 minutes to do business with this location and this whole visit was terrible. You’re missing massive opportunities to increase revenue and provide excellent customer service because the service department, parts, and advisors are NOT on the same page.
