I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent car purchase experience. The sales manager and sales representative lacked knowledge about the inventory and specific parts related to the vehicle. They were also unskilled in following up on missing parts and failed to effectively communicate with me. Additionally, my second key remains unclear – it feels as though it was taken from another car and hastily programmed for me.
The finance team was equally disappointing, rushing to close the deal without properly itemizing the sales receipt or addressing concerns. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with Frank Leta O'Fallon, MO dealership. I now regret my decision and have lost trust in both Honda and this dealership.

Tyler did a fabulous job w my check-in & check-out. He communicated w me through the day updating me on my service options & status. I’m confused w what I had to pay for and why it wasn’t covered under my warranty. We paid extra for an expensive warranty and was told pretty much EVERYTHING would be covered- hint the reason we went w the more expensive warranty.
Again, the service team was great but unhappy about price & payment.

One minor issue though. When I got home I noticed a big spot of either oil or grease on the driver’s side floor mat which I had to shampoo to get it off.

This has got be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in the time I’ve dealt with this dealership. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone in the service department. We had our transmission replaced back in January. Our check engine light came on Labor Day and after a water pump was replaced there was a loose hose that wasn’t connected and found out it should have been connected to the transmission housing case. In my 30+ years of life I have never been more frustrated with a company. I hope this review/comments doesn’t fall on deaf ears.
