I have taken my vehicle there for routine maintenance since owning it. This is the first time I felt the service person was rude and not knowledgeable. She came across as condescending. Told me to wait outside and someone would be pulling my car up shortly. So I went outside in 20 degree weather and waited for at least 15 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around. I think the only reason I even got my car was because a tech brought another person’s car around and saw me standing in the freezing cold. She came up and asked to see my invoice so she would know which car to bring out.

It was perfect every body was extremely nice.

Upon pulling into the service bay I was greeted nicely. Things changed once I had my service manager. I felt rushed. She discussed with me what I was there for and informed me that there was not just one recall but there was two. I said that's fine I can wait if you guys can do it. I was also there to get my tires balanced and rotated. The questions I ask concerning that we're not answered, I felt she was multitasking or something but I did not have her full attention. And my question did not get answered. Then she told me what the price was and I wasn't aware at first what she said? It was 119 something? I said what is 119? She says what today will cost. I said I was told when I called that that was $80. She looked me straight in the eye finally and said 80? She said okay, return to the computer and did some more work there. Then she comes back to me and she says okay Mr choate it'll be $89 today. I said I said 80. She said okay 80. I wasn't certain if this was a bait and switch being told one price and I get there and it's another? It's possible that it could have been a misunderstanding. I tell you what if you are interested in what more I have to say then give me a phone call. There is more and if I ever have service there again I'll be sure and get a different service writer.
