I had a good experience with the whole process and will be a future customer. The only issue I have was that there was no history of previose service at Frank Lita . New service record had to be made even though vehicle has been serviced there previously. Secondly the paperwork was mishandled again by service clerk and had to RESEND info for a 2ndt time this visit. Other than that I had a wonderful experience and will consider Frank Lita Honda in the future.
