I’ve dropped my vehicle off three times in the past four weeks just to get a new key fob programmed and it still doesn’t work. I called Monday 9/18 and was told I’d get a call on Tuesday but never did. Levi has been helpful and everything but I’m wondering if I can just return the key and get a refund instead of bringing it in a fourth time.

Not certain if the right type of oil was put in my vehicle. On the receipt it printed 5w20 & andrew insisted that the type my vehicle take. Had to open the hood of the vehicle that he decided to go check up with the technician. It was horrible customer service!
