Get some loaner vehicles. It is ridiculous for a customer to have to sit your sub par customer waiting room for 6 hours while their car is being worked on.

Incomplete services delivered which was discovered on the day of pickup (forgot to do the oil change in addition to transmission replacement) and I had to arrange to come on the following day again to get it done. Access to the service manager after dropping the vehicle was very difficult to impossible which was frustrating.

I came in for my oil change and there was a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard. After they changed my oil the light was still on. I don’t think they even checked my tires. They didn’t put a reminder sticker for next oil change on my window. When I asked about the warning light still on I was told I would have to pay a fee for a diagnostics.
I realize that the free oil change is free with the purchase of a car, I’m not even sure if they checked my fluids. There was no mention of that on the receipt.
