I scheduled my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 2:30 on Monday afternoon. I was there until around 5pm. Although my appointment was at 2:30, my vehicle wasn’t even taken back to the shop until after 4pm. The amount of time for this basic service was unacceptable. The guys in the service department were nice and apologized however.
