This was the 3rd time my tires were not rotated on my appointment despite my past reciepts stating that they were. The excuse for them not being rotated this time was that they were too worne and needed replacesed, which wouldnt be the case if they were properperly rotated on schedule which i have paid extra for.extremely dissatisfied by the "technician"
