Frank was very informative and understood what I was talking about when he said that my battery wasn’t charging like it’s supposed to. He later called me and let me know that they ordered the part and it would be there the next day. He asked if I could leave my car or when I could bring my car in. I let him know I would have my car there on Friday. It was nice that he would listen to what I had to say about the battery and to resolve the issue quickly. I think this kind of service is priceless. Thank you Frank!
