The cost of work exceeded my expectations. I was told what had to be done, and I did authorize it. But I was not told how much it would cost. The initial estimate was $173, but the final cost was $1068. I should have been notified how much it would cost before the work was done.

I was very pleased with Richer Miser. I just need to apologize for my not understanding all the confusion when I came to pick up my car. I arrived once because of a voice mail that i received, to find out that it was not ready. Then later in the day I arrived and I was ready to pay my bill. This young boy/man was following us making us feel nervous. Then my daughter and I were so confused. All the people there were treating us like we were loitering. My daughter and I were just tired from packing and moving.
