I drove into South Coast Toyota with the tire light on, I didn’t have an appointment. John was able to check the tire pressure immediately and then found the problem. He explained my tire would be taken care of, it was a very busy day so it would be a couple of hours and he would be checking in with me to give me updates. John did come in to customer waiting area multiple times to update me. I am very grateful John took care of my car and me. He showed he really cared. Thank you!

I appreciated that he took the extra time at the end of the day to assist me with the service order .
