My service representative John’s service was fine. But when I came to pick up my truck, the guy returning it to me crashed it into the wall, breaking my tail light and bumper. I couldn’t believe my eyes and the carelessness of the employee when I watched him reverse it straight into the wall. The manager is working to fix my truck, but now I am inconvenienced with making various trips back to fix my truck, affecting my work schedule. My truck is very important to me but it **** to see this is how your vehicle can be treated in their hands.

Yesterday was my last day of my two year service package I bought with my car. I’ve had every service in those two years at South Coast. At every service I have had to wait at least 20 minutes extra after handing someone my orange ticket to retrieve my car. The last two times I finally just walked over and asked to have my keys so I could go get my car myself. I think I would much rather go get my car always after it’s been serviced, then wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to pull my car up.
