Service prices are TOO HIGH compared to national chain such as Pepboys. The only reason I came back were the specials that matched their prices. If every service is priced correctly and lower we would spend more money by doing every service recommended. YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH

Frank didn’t introduce himself and was aloof. He accused me of cursing at him when I made a remark about the cost of something, definitely not directed toward him but he took it personally. It was uncomfortable to work with him and will not in future if he is assigned as my rep.

Ray will go over what’s included in the service for time vs milage needed, he also reviews previous service recommendations and timeline to move forward with that recommendation. He listens and answers my questions.

While my oil change was completed in less time than quoted and I was supervised when my car was washed. Unfortunately I was not made aware of any issues or recommendations my car had or needed. Advisor was kind enough to write those down on the paperwork but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of them as I would’ve been open to proceeding with some.
I also tried to purchase the filters from the parts department and there was a gentlemen on the phone and nobody else to assist him so decided to leave.
